If your aunt's name is on the lease, then the Landlord's agreement is with both your aunt and deceased uncle and the Landlord could hold your aunt liable for the remainder of the term. However, your aunt needs to review/have her lease interpreted, as she may be able to sub-let the warehouse.

He can charge you for certain expenses associated with the safekeeping of your belongings such as moving and storage fees.
