We hired her to be sure we didn't make any mistakes on filling out the Claim for Reassessment Exclusion for Transfer between Parent and Child. She filled it out, we signed as directed, and she sent it in for us. We could have done a better job on our own! This property has been in the family for g...enerations. Now we will have to pay quadruple taxes for generations.
