Assuming the earnings are coming from something other than your husbands seperate property it would be considered community property. You should probably re-post your question with a little more detail on the earnings.

If you nor your son can hire a private lawyer the judge at the arraignment will appoint a public defender. Your son will then have an opportunity to discuss his case with the public defender. Good Luck!

Violations of both State and Federal law. I would suggest that if you are one of the parties involved in this fraud that you consult with a criminal defense attorney ASAP.

I agree with what others have posted. You should make all your complaints to HR in writing and document.. document.. document. If you still cannot resolve the harassment issue you should contact a knowledgeable employment lawyer.

I don't think any of them are great, but if you go to men's central you probably will just be released once you go through the booking process. Good Luck!
