Barbara acts like she is always busy. She claims that she is in an out of court all day, and indirectly implies she doesn't have time for you, and that she's overwhelmed. In my case, I've made efforts to reach Barbara by phone and left messages that were not returned. I've sent e-mails in the past th...at she's ignored about 70% of my emails. I wouldn't recommend using this lawyer at all. She lacks passion for her job, and she's basically just there to collect a paycheck. She puts in the bare minimum to just survive another day in the office. My firsthand experience with Barbara in court, she displayed a lack of knowledge regarding my case. She spoke to the judge and the judge had to correct her. I felt embarrassed because this was the person representing me and she lacked knowledge of my case. I don't recommend her. At all go with someone who's there to serve and protect you, not like Barbara. She is only there to cater to herself, this is obviously a job for her and not a choice in a career path that she has passion for. Don't be the smart man that learns from his mistakes, be the wise man that learns from the mistakes of others. I'll leave it at that.
