Policy limit

Asked by a user in Sacramento, CA - 3 months ago.

Sounds like you went to a settlement mill to me. There is no way to get policy limits unless the defendant insured agrees or to file suit. I always request an affidavit from an insurance company before accepting their representation of policy limits.

Involved in an accident when a driver passed red light&backed-up into me;how much does an accident reconstruction expert cost?

Asked by a user in Oakland, CA - 3 months ago.

Unfortuantley for you it looks like you rear ended the car in front of you and it is your word against theirs. Just because they have an accident reconstruction expert does not mean they will win. The accident reconstruction expert was not there so all they can say is that you rear ended the other car. However, I doubt they would deny on the stand that it is not possible that your story is true. Take it to small claims court you have nothing to lose.

How do I requested authorities to identify the person who assaulted me to permanent brain injury, when 24hour deny provide info

Asked by a user in Costa Mesa, CA - 4 months ago.

I feel for you. I often workout at 24 hour fitness as well. You would have to sue the gym for failure to provide adequate security, or sue John Doe in order to be able to issue subpoenas on 24 Hour fitness for computer records and video taped evidence. Your are right, all guests at the gym must be members or guests with a pass who have filled out a form. If they failed to follow their own procedures they could be liable for negligence. F.Y.I., you have two years from the date of the...

Do I need a lawyer for car accident ?

Asked by a user in San Jose, CA - about 1 month ago.

Of course you need a lawyer; that is unless you want to get screwed by the insurance company. If insurance companies just willy nilly paid out money to people such as yourself, there would be no need for personal injury attorneys. They may try to sucker you into accepting a small amount of money but is almost all cases, it will be less then you could get with an attorney. My law firm handles car accident cases all over the state of California. You can read about these cases at http://www....
