Don't believe what you see on the internet. Mr Jackson, at first sounded like a great attorney. He would work with me, because he understood how a layman would feel. Since he had been in the same position many years ago, before becoming an attorney. He makes false statements, to lore you in. He was NOT there for me. He never returned my emails or phone calls. His office staff was consistently losing my documents. In which, I had to fax back over to the office on several occasions at my expense. I would NOT recommend him!!!
his office is very small and 1 and only staff is horrible!! You can never reach him, very unresponsive. I was the one fighting the insurance not him. My doctor was waiting for some papers for about 2 month and he never sent it so I fired his ass!
I found Gary Jackson after I fired 2 other attorneys that failed to handle my Workman's Comp case competently. Not only did Gary address my case quickly, with dedication and expertise, but I also received a surprisingly large settlement. I never thought that I would say this about an attorney...but Gary is a very real and compassionate person; that actually cares about his client's health and well being. That is a rare statement these days and I am so grateful that I went with my instincts and let Gary and his staff take my case. Gary continually communicated with me personally; was always pleasant to talk to and he never made me feel like a case number on some file. Thank you Gary, for all of your hard work and for never letting me down.

I would not recommend Gary because he was very unresponsive. It was difficult being his client because he rarely if ever returned any of my calls.
