I have been involved in personal injury and workers' compensation litigation for over 35 years.  I currently enjoy the challenge and responsibility of defending claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act, and the protection of the subrogation interests of employers and carriers.
