I agree with my colleagues. Either your current attorney should co-counsel with a personal injury attorney specializing in brain injuries or if he is unwilling to do that, find a personal injury attorney specializing in head trauma who will then substitute your prior attorney out of the case. Do not continue with an attorney specializing in elder abuse and Trusts. Most personal injury attorneys will offer a free consultation--you should feel good and feel comfortable with whoever you choose...

Proving that your sickness came from the sandwich that you ate can be very difficult to prove. Unfortunatley, when you enter an emergency room for an illness (chest pains), you can easily pick up whatever illnesses there are at the ER. Without proof that it was the sandwich and that you had a sandwich from the hospital, it can become difficult to prove that the sickness did not come from some other person. The flu and nurovirus are hitting the United States very hard right now. Please...

It appears that you may not need a personal injury attorney but rather you need a Worker's Compensaton attorney. From what I can tell from your inquiry, your injury is job related. I would suggest you contact a local Worker's Compensation attorney and discuss your claim with the attorney. He/she should be able to resolve your questions. I have added Work Injury to the practice area which should get some responses from Worker's Compensation attorneys. Sorry about your injuries. Good luck.

What my colleagues have mentioned is correct. In answer to your question and in accordance with the facts you gave, the answer is YES. There could be additional money left on the table that you would undoubtedly need a personal injury attorney such as myself here in the LA area to review with you. I would be happy to provide you with a free consultation.

First of all, I am very sorry to hear about your injury and the troubles you must be going through. I agree with the other attorneys that indicated that you should contact a local (Los Angeles area) attorney to help you through the insurance process, which can be very complicated depending upon the facts of a given case. In addition, I would recommend that you contact an attorney with sufficient experience in these matters. I provide a free consultation as do several of the attorneys who...

I would suggest that you contact a personal injury attorney in your area (Chino Hills) and sit down with that attorney and decide whether you have a case or not. There undoubtedly is a statute of limitations (period you must file a lawsuit during) and you have not indicated how long ago this occured. Good luck with your case.

Yes, you can. You should immediately contact a local area personal injury attorney. This forum has many available attorneys throughout the United States. An attorney has requested your residence address from the DMV in preparation of service of process on you. Simply accept the service of process from the party serving you with the Complaint and then forward it to your insurance carrier for handling. Your insurance carrier is obligated to defend you. Ask them to keep you fully advised as to what occurs. Good luck.
