Unfortunately, your summary of what occurred is very difficult to follow. What did Fed Ex do that was negligent and what are the damages involved? Further, the practice area shown is Business and this does not appear to be a Business question.

    Albert’s Answer

You really should retain a local area Personal Injury attorney. Most offer a free initial consultation. Talk to a couple and then choose one that you feel comfortable with and is knowledgeable and experienced. You won't go wrong and you will receive the maximum amount of damages for your efforts.

  • Can I have cars left on my property towed

Cars were only to be there two days ,it's been three weeks and I need the room

    Albert’s Answer

If you notify the police first, it might be to your advantage to do so. Although it could be your right to do so according to the law, why not be safe in having those cars towed? Attorney Lassen has a good point though.

    Albert’s Answer

When you indicated that "They got my info", did they give you a copy of the Incident Report? You should ask for one if not. If due to the incident you have sustained an injury, you should contact a local area personal injury attorney to investigate the matter for you. Sorry to hear about the incident and hope all is well with you and your baby.

  • Timeshare - contract listed me as cosigner but I did not sign. Is it valid?

    Albert’s Answer

You could be liable as a cosigner for the timeshare and that is why I never recommend that anyone cosign a contractual document unless they totally understand that responsibility. You should have a Contracts and Agreements attorney review what is included in the contract. and especially what was agreed to and what was not agreed to. One major issue is whether or not your ex-partner is making timely payments as required by the terms of the contract. Best of luck.
