My grandfather's estate was in probate for decades due to differences between the co-executors. When my father asked me to help and the court appointed Lumsdaine to oversee the process, I found him professional, firm but courteous, and focused on resolution. As a result of his involvement, my father was able to retire with dignity due to the final inheritance. I'm not sure if anyone could ask for more from a lawyer.
