The court has ordered me to keep my adult children (18 & 23) on my medical insurance until the age of 26. Can the court do this?

If you had a long term marriage, more than 10 years, then the Court has wide discretion on support orders. However, most child support obligations end when the child reaches the age of 18.

If divorced, but still living together, neither remarrying, same name same kids---can I keep him on my health insurance?

Depends on your health insurance contract. Some programs allow depends others do not. If you have coverage through work, talk to your HR person. They should know.

My car was towed for no license, no registration,and no insurance took it to court judge dismissed the case who pays for towing

In California if our car was towed on those grounds and the court does not order the city to pay, then you are liable for the cost.

Can I go to arbitration with Progressive insurance?

It depends on what state you are in and your policy. For instance in California, U..M., cases are controlled by Ins. Code Section 11580.2. So first look at the policy and then the Insurance code of your state.
