Who is responsible for damage done to ivy on a fence when neighbor was replacing the fence?

Asked by a user in Belmont, CA - almost 3 years ago.

Your property damage complaint should be taken to small claims court. Your neighbors as witnesses are the most important part of the small claims court case so make sure they will testify on your behalf. If you have photos of the fence, make sure you bring those to court as well. In other words, be prepared. You can win!

Harassment

Asked by a user in Philadelphia, PA - over 3 years ago.

If this person is in a supervisory position and implies your employment is in jeopardy, then that comment is sexual harassment. However, if no untoward comments are made to you, then asking you out for a date is simply asking you out on a date.
