    • I recommend Keith Cooper.
    • I hired Keith more than 3 years ago.
    • Keith handled my Business matter.
    • I have previously worked with 6-10 lawyers.

I have worked with Keith under several different circumstances. He represented my firm in a suit to recover monies from a contract that had been breached; he later acted as our corporate attorney providing legal services, and often acting as a sounding board for me regarding a broad range of business issues. His advice and work were always sound.

He is a highly ethical individual, both with respect to how he represents your firms interests, as well as his own actions. To be blunt — one can trust Keith with respect to his billing for time, and what he charges to your firm. If he has charged hours or expenses, he will have done so accurately and will have kept records to verify his activities.

He has a wide ranging background in business as well as the law, which provides him with insights that are very helpful. He also has strong academic credentials and background that have provided him with an excellent knowledge and understanding of the law.

    • I recommend Keith Cooper.
    • I hired Keith more than 3 years ago.
    • Keith handled my Entertainment matter.
    • I have previously worked with 1-2 lawyers.

Used Keith Cooper as production counsel on my film, and he was great at explaining things and making sure all the paperwork was right. I've had other lawyers in the past who were hard to get ahold of when I needed them, or didn't really understand the film making process. Mr. Cooper was a filmmaker before he became an attorney, knows the business, and provides helpful advice when needed.
