    Description:
    Plaintiffs sued Defendants (my clients) in two separte lawsuits, seeking damages in excess of $2,000,000. After several motions, most of Plaintiffs' complaint allegations were stricken by the judge. We filed cross-complaint against Plaintiffs, and the Plaintiffs essentially became the defendants in the case. In the middle of trial, a settlement was reached which included Defendants (my clients) receiving a six figure payment.

    Description:
    Plaintiff sued Defendant and obtained an attachment order against Defendant. Despite Defendant's filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petition, after more than 2 years of litigation, Plaintiff was able to prosecute its state court action and obtain a judgment for damages, attorney's fees and costs.

    Defendants "purchased" goods from Plaintiff on credit, but subsequently dissolved the corporation and converted the goods. We were able to obtain a six figure fraud judgment against corporation and the individual tort feasors for the value of goods, punitive damages, attorney's fees and costs.

Defendant/Debtor had failed to list Plaintiff as a creditor and hence Defendant/Debtor was able to obtain bankrutpcy discharge without any notice to Plaintiff. On behalf of Plaintiff, brought a motion to re-open the bankruptcy case, then brought an adversary proceeding on which Plaintiff recovered a fraud judgment against Defendant/Debtor.
