His mediation experience includes a wide variety of legal disputes, emphasizing multiparty and international business disputes involving employment, construction, securities, ongoing transactional disputes, and family disputes.
In international matters, his experience spans international litigation, corporate, business, real estate and insurance matters in North and Latin America, Europe and China.
Appointed as counselor to governmental and commerical concerns in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), and is also acting as an advisor to the cities of Shenyang, Dandong and Benxi on trade, business entities formation, international arbitration, such as CIETAC, and other wills and trust related matters.
He is enthusiastically and actively engaged in hosting for delegations of prominent Chinese Governmental Officials, Chinese attorneys, and elite business people coming from various cities of PRC, including but not limited to, Beijing, Shanghai, Fujing, Shangdong and Guangdong Provinces.
