Knee surgery delays causing other injuries to develop

Asked by a user in San Diego, CA - almost 3 years ago.

The doctor's office is being insensitive to your needs. You should find a prominent orthopedic surgeon in your area and get a second opinion.

WA.Car 1# rear-ended them2#he's fault but he had no insurnce what do i do.

Asked by a user in Spokane, WA - over 2 years ago.

I think you mean the other party got cited for an "illegal" lane change, not "legal". You need to request the police report and contact a lawyer to discuss your options.

What do you do when you have a lawyer who will not return your calls and he does not keep you informed to what is going on.

Asked by a user in Cheektowaga, NY - about 2 years ago.

You should call the lawyer's office and set up a face to face meeting to address your concerns. Write them down on a piece of paper so you will not forget to tell him/her everything. If this does not resolve your issues, find another attorney to represent you. Tell the new attorney why you changed counsel and make it clear that you need to be kept informed and your calls need to be returned.. .

How do I handle this? Being sued and only named as John Doe in someone else lawsuit?

Asked by a user in Gulfport, MS - over 2 years ago.

You need to contact your insurance carrier and send them a copy of the lawsuit. They should provide you with a defense in this lawsuit. You will need to review the contract you have with the bar, since it may set forth your responsibilities and liabilities.

A dangerous condition is anything that could be reasonably expected to harm others. Notice of a dangerous condition can be shown the number of people who have reported the dangerous condition, or who have been injured by the dangerous condition.
