We at Elder Resolution Partners, LLC are elder family mediators dedicated to helping families deal with issues and concerns related to life changes associated with the aging of a loved one.  Like you we are mothers, daughters and sisters, familiar with the changes and challenges that come with the aging of a loved one. 

We help families navigate through conversations that will lead them to the best possible plan for the family which they can implement with peace  Families often find themselves in conflict when it comes time to make decisions with or for the care and well-being of an elder family member. These conflicts may arise as a result of insufficient information about options, miscommunication among family members, or lack of communication. We facilitate family meetings/conversations in a safe, private and confidential environment, in order to help families gather information they need, and allow them to share concerns, examine options, discuss possible solutions, and, ultimately, reach an agreement on how to proceed in a way that meets the family's needs and takes into consideration the family's unique circumstances. We strive to keep families out of court as a means to resolve family disputes, thereby keeping the family in control of the process and the decisions it needs to make. We believe that family disputes should be resolved in the living room, not in the courtroom.
