    The prior post is right. Under AB 1825 employers with 50 or more employees are required to provide their managers with harassment and discrimination training. The other posts are wrong.

    I do not agree with some of the comments given. You should seek an experienced employment attorney if you believe you were terminated because of your medical leave, disability or other illegal reason.
