For a first time DUI the fine is usually $390 + penalty assessment which makes the grand total around $1,900.00. But, even though you think you have no way out of this, there are ways. I highly recommend you speaking with an attorney about this case prior to making any decision on pleading guilty and losing your license. Elliot Zarabi www.TipsyLaw.com 213-612-7720

I do not recommend just hiring an attorney. I first recommend you get a free consultation regarding your case. Go through the details of your case, see what may or may not be able to be accomplished. Although we do not have all the facts (i.e. the police report ect.) we may be able to give you some sound advise. Besides the criminal case, you do have a civil case against your license by the DMV, you need to request a hearing within 10 days of your arrest. Elliot Zarabi www.TipsyLaw.com...

as far as your probation is concerned, that has been violated. But, you may have a Serna Motion for your new charge wich can get your case dismissed. You should most definitely speak to an attorney before going into court on your own. Elliot Zarabi www.TipsyLaw.com www.FreeCriminalConsultation.fom 213-612-7720 1-877-52-52-9-10

You can hire a free attorney, who will only recover money if they recover money for you. You have that option or you can just get in through the court. However, hiring a personal injury attorney is a great idea in a case like this. Elliot Zarabi www.FreeCriminalConsultation.com 213-612-7720

My suggestion is get an attorney to fight for your rights against the insurance company. Your parents can get treated and even get money they lost for not working. Feel free to ask me any questions. Elliot Zarabi 213-612-7720

It can be given to you when you go to court. However, it is not a guarantee. I am assuming you are being charged with PC 647(f)? Although PC 1000 is a good option, you should push for pre-plea diversion, that way your record will never show a plea, just a dismissal. Although you may think an attorney is expensive, your best bet is to have one. We know our stuff... Elliot Zarabi www.FreeCriminalConsultation.com 213-612-7720

There is no way to be for certain that there will be no jail time. However, an attorney can (usually) go in and recall the warrant without your husband and work on a settlement. Also, we can try and help mitigate everything prior to going into court. Elliot Zarabi www.TipsyLaw.com www.FreeCriminalConsultation.com 213-612-7720
