Biography
Graduated 2003 with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
Graduated 2006 with J.D. from University of Kansas School of Law
Licensed under California Bar 2007.
Moved to Los Angeles upon graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law in the Fall of 2006. Originally moved to Los Angeles to become an artist manager. Worked as an assistant for 2 years at Nettwerk Music Group, until deciding to pursue a legal career. Started working in Business Affairs department at Nettwerk and eventually moved to Nacional Records/Canciones Nacionales Legal and Business Affairs. I have a unique perspective with my practice as I've had experience dealing with the legal needs of not only individual recording artists, but also those of a record label and publishing company.
Experience is mostly music law related, however, I have had some experience in film/TV law and I am always continuing to study various aspects of Entertainment Law as a general field of study.
