Do we need an Attorney to help my illigal husband?

You should have attorney review your case and all the details before proceeding. Some pointers are: You will likely have to file all the paperwork again as his new spouse. So long as he has proof of legal entry into the country you can try to file an Immediate Relative petition for him so he can then adjust his status to permanent resident. I am a U.S. citizen & want to get married to an illegal immigrant. How could we marry and him become legal without deportation?

If your boyfriend entered the country legally and has since become illegal you may be able to file a relative petition for him after you marry so he can adjust his status.
