Car accident victim suffered concussion and loss of memory. Police used statement from other party to determine fault. Help!!!

You have two choices: (1) let your insurance company settle the claim brought by the other driver, which will be in her favor and against you; or (2) hire an attorney to dispute fault in the case and to bring a lawsuit against the other driver. Personal injury when in care of Medical facility to prevent injury to others or self

Asked by a user in Tucson, AZ - almost 4 years ago.

Yes, your wife can bring an action against the care facility for their apparent negligence in failing to supervise those patients under their care. You don't explain exactly how your wife was assaulted, but assuming she was an innocent victim in all of this, then both you and she should file a formal report with the care facility and consult an attorney who specializes in either personal injury or medical malpractice type of cases on behalf of victims.
