  • My previous landlord is keeping my entire deposit and adding other charges for normal usage after a year rental. Can I sue ?

Renewal of the lease was in four days, I didn't sign a new contract due to safety and security being compromised and the company not wanting to work with police.

    Stephen’s Answer

Certainly you can sue, but whether you win or not will be up to the judge.

What is the time limit, for sue After the incident happen ?

    Stephen’s Answer

First I will assume that the passenger assaulted you. If that is true, then it is a question of why and how far were the both of you traveling, to the same or different destinations? Was the person violent before they were put in the cab with you? You need to consult an attorney in this regards.
