Customer review: Ray didn't handle my credit negotiations. He delegated to one of his subordinates who completely messed it up. Getting Ray on the phone is almost impossible. He doesn't return calls, he doesn't answer email. When I apprised him of the situation, he did little to fix it, explaining by then, it was too late.

He left his practice in Seattle owing me a great deal of money for work I did for him.

On this basis, I'd hardly rate him as ethical or trustworthy. I thought he was, and extended my time and credit. I found out the hard way, and won't do that again.

Ray is extremely technologically savvy, but seems to have forgotten a basic premise, technology can improve your business, but it can also make it overly complex. The complexity did not aid him, in the end, it hindered him.

I will not use his services again, there are better lawyers out there. Ray taught me a lot though, if I don't get a call back, that's it, I'm done. If someone is not willing to take the time to talk with me, they probably won't help in the solutions to my problems either. In the end, that's what you pay for, isn't it?

They seemed sympathetic to my plight and very knowledgeable as to how to handle all the legalities. Each step of the process was explained thoroughly and Ray Sandoval made sure that he and/or his staff would remind me of all the timelines and steps that I was to follow. I felt very comfortable and secure throughout this uncomfortable ordeal because I was being represented by a very good attorney.
The only part I had trouble with, was the parking lot. The lot was a secured lot -- however -- I did not have a cell phone to gain access to enter the building and was kind of locked in the parking area until someone came thru.
