    NO! They do not do any type of background check before using butter registration cards. Do not vote and do not get anywhere near a gun. You'll need to apply to have your rights restored, which they may give you voting rights but very unlikely to get your gun rights back.

    A court appointed attorney has a contract with the county or the city to represent indigent (poor) defendants. They are paid, but not much.

    Arizona does not have an elected public defender.
