You have the right to request a one-time hearing on the restraining order at any time during the 1 year period that the restraining order is in effect. It is free to request the hearing. The Court will set a hearing and notify you of the date. At the hearing, after hearing evidene from both parties as to the allegations set forth in the restraining order, the Court will decide whether to quash, modify or keep the restraining order in place.
