About Me

I have recently joined Rose Law Group as the Chair of its Class Action Department.  My practice focuses on class actions and other complex commercial litigation.  Prior to joining RLG, I was a partner in the Phoenix office of a well-respected class action law firm, where I, along with other members of my prior firm, successfully represented a class of shareholders seeking relief under the federal securities laws against a publicly traded university.  Following a two-month jury trial and extensive post-trial motions and appeals, we collected $145 million for the class.  Over the course of my career, I have represented plaintiffs in a variety of complex and class action litigation nationwide, including actions regarding breach of contract, fraud, consumer fraud, antitrust violations, Ponzi schemes, civil rights violations, and employment issues.

I also currently serve as a Co-Chair of the Class Action and Derivative Suits Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation and often write and speak on class action subjects.  In addition to my work with the American Bar Association, I also am a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Arizona, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA), and the Junior League of Phoenix.

[Note: The Arizona State Bar and other state bars certify lawyers as specialists or experts in specific areas of law. The areas of law listed above are my areas of practice, and do not imply certification from the State Bar of Arizona or any other state.  Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.]
