I am a former prosecutor with eleven years of experience in all areas of criminal law, from juvenile to homicide. I tried nearly 80 cases. My experience allows me to represent my clients with their best interests in mind. I maintain contact with my clients so that they are aware of their rights at each step of the case and are able to make informed decisions.
My years of experience as a prosecutor coupled with my knowledge of law enforcement policy and procedures allows me to find the weaknesses in the state's case. I exploit those weaknesses to ensure the best possible outcome for my client including a possible dismissal, favorable negotiated plea deal or a positive outcome in trial.
