The entire time working with Rodney and his staff was frustrating. Rodney was impossible to get a hold of by email or telephone. If you had questions, you would have to schedule an appointment because he never responded. When we got to the point of signing the trust documents, there were topographica...l errors including the address that they had on file. Finally, his secretary, not him informed us that we have to go through probate and based on the AZ revised statutes this would not be necessary. The notification that the estate would be need to be complete was not communicated by Rodney during the 5 or so meetings, but by his secretary. When we let them know that we were no longer requiring their services, Rodney sent a letter stating that there were things left incomplete that were completed.
