I call in the morning and received a call back the the early afternoon. The person asked all of the normal questions, (name address). Then I spoke with a very nice person who answer all of my question. My problem will continue and I will be using this firm.

I met Don in 2010 after having a injury on the job. He invited me down to the office where we sat for more than a hour. He advised me what to do at that time, telling me I could do this particular thing myself, that it would involve re-opening an old case with the Industrial Commission.
Two years later, I was injured again. The injury resulted in 2 surgeries, unfortunately, healing isn't happening, which could result in permanent impairments.
I feel fortunate that I met Don, his firm is impressive!
