I shopped for a lawyer like a contractor. I went to around 5 before I choose Linnins Law Group. Over all I had a really good experience with Mr. Linnins. He was approachable and understood what needed to be done and what I was looking(hopping) to achieve. I was very happy with the outcome (considering what it could have been). His staff is professional, they know you by name, which is so much better than these big firms when you are constantly re-telling your story over and over to someone. Tim was very informative about Arizona strict sentencing guidelines. He guided me through the process of what I would be facing if I were to take my case in front of a jury. The risks or benefits for taking my case to trial. He got me the very plea that I needed in order to continue keeping my family affairs in order and worked hard to keep me from facing a harsh jail sentence. I was very pleased with the law firm, and how they continued to work with me despite other issues that I continued to face, and I would definitely recommend his law firm to anyone I know that needs counsel. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the attorney fee's were not as steep as I thought they would be.

Tim is a down-to-earth, honest, truthful, reliable attorney. His fees are very reasonable and he will work with you in an equitable manner to arrange payment programs that suit your budget. He seems very experienced in many areas of law, having 16 years of practice in various phases of legal matters. . He travels all over the State of Arizona, thus has quite a number of contacts in all geographical areas. He is very responsive and sincere. He follows up and sees things through to the end. I am particularly thankful that he negotiated my case so that the outcome was so positive for me. He seems knowledgeable in all phases of law.

I was worried and Tim reassured me that he would do his best for me and he did. Everything was through him and with him it was awesome to not have to talk to multiple people to get things done! No answering machines or secretaries it was always Tim! It made all the difference to me!
