I contacted Ms. Beary for information regarding a tax matter. She was very helpful in ruling out unnecessary legal action at the time. I appreciate and am grateful for her honesty and will certainly have no reservations in calling her for necessary legal advice and action in the future.
I highly recommend and endorse Patricia Beary to anyone who is experiencing a need in tax management. She is not only highly knowledgeable, intelligent and competent but is also kind, responsive and sensitive to her client needs.
> I had an income tax liability of approximately $100,000. Patricia Beary came to my aid after I received a notice from IRS that my installment agreement with the IRS was being terminated. The IRS was going to levy. Patricia Beary listened to my story and immediately went to work. She submitted a new request for installment agreement and appealed the termination of the old installment agreement. Throughout this process Trish met with me in person several times, presented me with various options to successfully resolve all problems and helped me select the best solution. She worked with me to qualify for chapter 7 bankruptcy so that I could discharge the taxes instead of having to pay under a new installment agreement. Trish advised me about how to restructure my finances before filing for bankruptcy. Because of her expertise, care and concern I have been able to not only resolve the tax issues but also have a much better financial future. I recommend Patricia Beary without reservation.
Pat was great, I had a hughe tax liability (upwards of 5 Million)which she was able to have reduced and a payment plan implemented. Then came a business tax audit, once again she was fantastic and so well prepared that the IRS did not change the filings. I would highly recomend Pat as a tax attorney, she brings to the table a wealth of experience and knowledge. Thank you Pat.
In 2009 I began getting letters from IRS that I owed 65,000 in back taxes and penalties for 2001, 2002 and 2005. I had just gotten a divorce and had been told by my ex-husband (a professional accountant) that all of our taxes were paid. IRS kept my tax refund from that year. I wrote letters on my own to file an Innocent Spouse claim and 18 months later IRS was still demanding payment. I hired Ms. Beary in the summer of 2010. She worked tirelessly on my appeal, writing letters and researching case law, until she found a case that mirrored mine closely enough that her argument prevailed. After two years of her efforts, I just received notice from IRS last month that I have been relieved of the tax debt and all penalties and interest. I cannot thank Patricia enough for her tireless research on my behalf and wholeheartedly recommend her for any tax problem that requires expertise and dedication. She is the right lawyer for the job!
We had a federal tax audit and bill for + $600,000. Patricia Beary worked on our case diligently and for several years and we finally ended up settling for $1000. She was very responsive to our questions and extremely knowledgeable about IRS procedures. I would definitely retain her servces again and do recommend her to others who need an attorney for tax purposes.
Patricia, is very professional and smart. We thought we were going to loose evertyhing and she fought vigorisly to get our problem worked out, other lawyers we first talked to said there was no chance for us. I would absolutely recommend her.
