My public defender didn't listen to what I said happened in the case. In the back of the court room in front of all of the people behind the bench he announced to everybody that I was guilty. I was unable to protect my children from the people that were attacking us. I sent the children to the Philip...pines because i couldn't protect them. My stepson was murdered while in the Philippines. Since my child had less then 5 years in the US before going back to the Philippines, his children weren't citizens. it has been almost twenty years since the case was in court, there is not a day the that goes by that I that I don't remember what the State of Arizona did to to my family or all of the things that the victims did to me and my children. At least, I don't live in the monstrous and hateful State of Arizona any more. Three felonies were left on my record requiring me to get them removed myself. I wouldn't even have known they were there except that the State of Arizona wrote me a letter telling me that my guard license was going to be taken away if I didn't get the paperwork fixed. I was sent to anger management school and no one could come up with any suggestions to protect myself or my family that did involve me committing a crime. One of the other students told me a story that almost got me killed by two black gunmen in Kentucky. Many family members lives were destroyed and the State of Arizona treated me like a piece of garbage. I know that my relatives told me that the public defenders did a very poor job. I found out that they were being extremely generous. How many more people died because of the way the Sanchez Family conducted itself. At least four people or more would probably be alive today if they conducted themselves differently. In a few generations, the families of the people who let these horrible things happen to my family will have similar things happen to their families and eventually the United States will be broken up because people only try to protect what is right when it is too late to fix the disaster that they allowed to take place. I would have plead guilty to killing Abraham Lincoln if I had Mr. Carrion as my public defender. I had no chance for a far proceeding whatsoever.
