About me

I have been practicing law since 2006. I started working in just criminal law but quickly added immigration when I realized I needed to be so careful about my criminal defense clients who were not United States citizens. I enjoy representing clients in removal proceedings to try to keep my clients here with their families and I enjoy pursuing successful applications for my clients to obtain their legal permanent resident and United States citizenship status out of proceedings. Even my clients with serious criminal history have obtained or kept their legal permanent resident status and been granted naturalization. Later I added family law because many cases involved those issues as well. I love winning cases and coming up with creative solutions for my clients’ cases, and I am very proud of my victories which often were cases where some other attorneys had told my clients before they met me that there was no way to win.
