I think the age and experience of your daughter is important. If she is a minor or unlicensed, I think it is the aunt's problem. If your daughtet is licensed or over 18, I think your daughter could have and should have said no and might bear some responsibility.

Unless he was injured by a state employee his statute is 2 years for professional malpractice and 4 years for other tort claims. If the attorney isn't cooperating, you can fire him or go to the Bar for help

If your current doctor says that your current treatment is a result of the accident then the insurance will have to pay it.
