I hired Kent in 2010 and paid him over $20,000 for a family custody/domestic violence case and while I was out of state he failed to be in court prepared for my case and now I am paying the price. I have retained a new attorney that is representing me 100% better. Kent is a great guy, an outstanding talker in courts, yet he fails to be prepared. He is unorganized and make sure you always give him a copy and keep the master for yourself as he WILL loose them. You are the attorney and he is the one to tell your story but never prepared with proper documents when it counts. He is really good at taking your money and dragging out your case for years not doing anything but circle the court system in El Paso County!
