I have served as a Judge hearing over 150 cases. Governor Romer appointed me to serve as the first State Director of the Division of Workers Compensation in Colorado under the then-new law for three years hiring staff, hiring judges, and dealing with state-wide issues. I have now returned to representing injured workers from Greeley to Denver.

I have developed a solid practice representing those both on and off the job who have suffered from a brain injury or post-concussive syndrome. This is often an injury that is overlooked by your treating physicians.

One of my specialties has always been helping hose with spinal cord injuries whether the accident occurred on or off the job. I work with some of the finest doctors in and out of Colorado to help get you the best available treatment.

I served several years working for the Colorado State Board of Medical Examiners hearing malpractice cases and litigating physician disciplinary cases. I now work with some of the finest lawyers and physicians nationwide on serious medical malpractice cases and have negotiated multimillion dollar settlements for my clients.
