I do not represent clients in any legal proceedings.  I only serve as a neutral arbitrator, fact-finder, hearing officer, or ALJ in labor and employment cases.  My labor arbitration fees and expenses are usually split between both sides unless the parties' contract provides for some other arrangement.  In labor and employment cases not involving a union as a party, the employer often pays most or all of my fees and expenses, but it depends upon the arrangement agreed upon in advance by the parties.  In administrative law cases, my fees and expenses are paid by the governmental unit involved. 

I am a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and have served that organization in many capacities including being a member of the Board of Directors and a Vice-President.  I am a listed arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. 

I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association.
