About Me

William Babich, founder of The Law Firm of William Babich, LLC, focuses his practice on trucking litigation, traumatic brain and spinal injury cases, major personal injury cases, and uninsured/underinsured (UM/UIM) motorist claims.  Mr. Babich has been selected as a member of the "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" since 2007 by the National Trial Lawyers.  He is also recognized in the "Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers," and was selected as a member of "Outstanding Lawyers of America," as well as the "Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum." Mr. Babich is also a graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College.

Mr. Babich has authored several publications including "Trucking Litigation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations," as well as "Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Claims in Colorado,” in the Colorado Auto Litigators Handbook (CTLA).  Mr. Babich frequently represents plaintiffs in commercial trucking cases, speaks at numerous seminars regarding trucking litigation, and is on the National Advisory Board to the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA).

William Babich has long served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and has served as co-chairman of the Interprofessional Committee of the Colorado Bar Association/The Denver Bar Association.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice; the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association; the American Bar Association, Litigation Section; the Colorado Bar Association, Litigation Section; and the Denver Bar Association.  Mr. Babich received his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Eastern Michigan University and his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois, College of Law, in 1981.

Mr. Babich is admitted before all state and federal courts of law in Colorado, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
