Yes, you have a right to make a claim for your injuries and damages. However, the problem is that, more often than not, you are trying to get blood from a turnip. I practice in Colorado and Kansas, so I can't address statute of limitation questions in other states. However, I can address general medical negligence concepts. I am a little confused by your question because you talk about a biopsy result (that a pathologist would give) and a radiology/imaging facility. It sounds like the problem was with the pathology results, not the radiology film, unless you think the film was misread . . . At any rate, yes, it does sound like potential negligence....
