A personal injury attorney is recommended after you take care of yourself. Fees are usually based on a contingency arrangement, meaning the attorney does not get paid until you get paid. The percentages an attorney seek range from 25 to 45% of your recovery.

    Good luck!

our father is mentally sound but is getting to a point where he needs us to do more for him.

  • Where might I find the divorce task list/schedule to ensure that I am doing what is required of me and according to schedule?

I filed with the Arapahoe County District Court.

    Daniel’s Answer

There is no place on line for you to access such information. You either need to call the clerk of the court for answers or enlist the aid of an attorney who has access to the electronic file. As for orders, the Court is supposed to ensure that you receive copies of orders it generates so you want to make sure you have given a proper address.

There are a number of attorneys on this website who will sit down with you for an hour or two and give you the lay of the land. You ought to consider pulling together some resources to buy some of that time!

    Good luck.
