Client Review: I have known and done business with Mick for over 15 years and have been very pleased with his services. I have used Mick for numerous contract negotiations and have always been very impressed with his keen intellect, calm demeanor and overall negotiating skills.

Unlike another reviewer on this site who seems to have an axe to grind, I've never had an issue with Mick's billed hours or billing rate. Having also had some occasion to use some major law firms from New York, Washington D.C. and San Francisco, I found Mick's billing rate to be about half that of the major firms while his skills were equal to or better than what I saw from the other guys.

Client Review: Client Beware!

This is an attorney you have to watch closely. He is a chronic overbiller. Many of his charges stem from his desire to cover himself.

Mick has overinflated sense of his own intelligence. He is always the smartest guy in the room, on any subject.

In a very real sense, he considers you, the client, as an adversary, at least as much as the other party. This is what drives him.

Be careful, and be afraid.
