Scott M. Tidwell

I hired Mr. Tidwell to file an accident case for me. Before I signed the paperwork hiring him, he assured me that I'd get my medical bills paid & be reimbursed for being off of work. In the end, he only got me $2,500 (which wasn't even enough to pay me for time off work). When I pointed that out t...o him, he said - take it or leave it. You'll have to go get another attorney if you don't accept this agreement. I've since spoken to another attorney & he thinks they may have been a deal between Tidwell & the insurance company to force me to take less than was promised. I accepted the deal because I really needed the money to pay my rent.
