Mr. O'Brien represented our association after a flood destroyed our condo homes.
Thanks to his knowledge and hard work, we were able reach a successful resolution with the city and made it possible for our owners to recoup their losses. Dan always kept us informed about each step of the process. I hope I never experience another tragic event like we did, but if I do I want Dan on my side.

Mr. O'Brien was courteous and professional, seemed very sincere and knowledgeable. He resolved our case in a quick and efficient manner and was very reasonable as far as rates and billing. I would definitely recommend him to others and definitely use him again if I ever need to.
