Posted by a Divorce client,
Based on other reviews, Mr. Carroll may be a good attorney, but he was not a good advisor. He represented me in a divorce years ago, and I have had the past 10 years dealing with the position I am in due to his lack of counsel. Going though my one and only divorce, I had no idea what the language was on the divorce decree with regard to my divorce or the custody of my children. So, I was left to try to understand it all with no assistance as to what it would mean.
This is my review of Mr. Carroll based on the representation I feel he provided. Would I recommend him? NO!!! I chose poorly. To this day I feel Mr. Carroll was more interested in getting the divorce off of his desk than advising me as his client.
Hopefully, this was not typical of his practice or he has changed

He is a good salesman. He takes you into his office and you believe what he is saying. But no results. I lost my kids because of him. San Antonio is going to know because i will make it very public when my kids turned the proper age ****soon*** (they are minors now). Just put it this way after a retainer any client have no choice but stay with your attorney. Think about that before you act. The case was a no brainer. Watch for this phrase. "I know a lot of judges "or"I got this dont worry"
