I am sorry to hear your situation and pray for prompt resolution to your marital problems. As you stated, Texas does not recognize legal separation but nothing prevents you from living appart from your spouse. I suggest counseling for both in the mean time.

What kind of attorney do i need for a revoked license and warrants for traffic violations?

Asked by a user in San Antonio, TX - about 2 years ago.

First and foremost, were did you get your tickets at? Second, how long ago. For the most part, you can retain an attorney and he/she will lift your warrant and get you a resolution for the case. Good luck and God bless you.

Ten years ago I was ordered to pay child support and provide medical insurance. Can I give up my rights & not be liable anymore?

Asked by a user in San Antonio, TX - 2 months ago.

As previously stated by two attorneys, you will still be responsible to provide for your sons until such time that some one adopts them. By your statements, you have two other children that are at least 10 years old. I know that this is hard but, don't you want your dauthers to have a relationship with their brothers?

What pledges can I take on a person before I lend him money to ensure that he will pay me back?

Asked by a user in San Antonio, TX - 3 months ago.

You need to have it in writing and have some sort of collateral that is worth more than the value that you are lending. Be aware that friendship and business sometimes does not match. If you are willing to loose a friend over the money, then have the transaction recorded and conducted by an attorney. Good luck and God bless you.
