    The good news is that this is not in Bexar county. My partner Douglas daniel and I have been doing work in Pleasanton for over 20 years. We can most likely keep this from being a dwi probation if it is truly a first offense. Probably we could get a 9 month plan where you pay money and your case is dismissed.     Yes. Most employers now do a background check which will discover even minor information such as this.

    If she is formally charged and needs to appear in a court, then you most definitley need to hire an attorney.

    Courts routinely beleive officers over lay people. I think you would lose. My advice is to take a deffered adjudication for 60 days and pay the money and save yourself the time.

    I do not think your PO will become aware of your travel. However, do not rely on this statement as legal advice. I would advise as an attorney to always comply with your conditions.
