Mr. Mercado is an honorable attorney at law. I appreciate is counseling and helping reunite a mother and her 2 elementary aged children. Mr. Mercado is sincere and straight forward, his fee's are reasonable and fair. I trust Mr. Mercado implicitly and I highly recommend his services.
Mr. Mercado is approachable, open and honest. He will tell you the best advice as it applies to your situation; it's definitely not cookie-cutter advice. It's a very reassuring feeling to have that level of trust with someone, who up until we met, was a complete stranger. I felt very comfortable giving him every detail of my disposition, and he was equally transparent. I can't say enough how pleased I am with his strategy and, ultimately, his results. He is worth every penny and more.
Where do I begin?! When it comes to Family Law attorneys in Texas, Mr. Mercado is nothing short of extraordinary. His prices are BEYOND fair, especially for the results you will receive. I have already told my family and friends to always keep him in mind for anyone they come across that can benefit from having a winning lawyer! My husband and I will always turn to his legal expertise when needed.
I had an interstate child support case in Illinois where the non-custodial parent resided in Texas. I followed all the steps the State of Illinois told me to follow and waited, and waited. I waited 7 years and still hadn’t gotten anywhere with the case. Finally I hired Mr. Mercado and it was like night and day. In a matter of six months he managed to do more then the State did for me in 7 years. He kept me informed as to what was going and he made sure I new all the options that were available to me allowing me to make the best decision for myself. Mr. Mercado is a fantastic lawyer and if you have an interstate case that involves the State of Texas he’s the one I would go with!
