Description: Client recived a new charge violation while on parole. The Parole Board sought to revoke client's parole. The hearing officer found probable cause after the probable casue hearing, but after the revocation hearin, the hearing officer recommended to NOT REVOKE client's parole. The Parole Board agreed with the recommendation.
