What rights do I have as CP. To retrieve my son from his father NCP. Who is violating my visitation order from the AGO?

If there is currently a SAPCR order (Suit affecting the parent child relationship) in place, then the NCP must comply with that order or he is in contempt of that order and violating the law. If you still do not have your son, you should take the custody orders to the local police station, constable's office or sheriff's department (some will help and others may not) and ask that they assist you in picking up your son.
