Sean came recommended to me by my former attorney, now Judge. From the beginning, Sean was very attentive to my issues and complications to sue for my son's unpaid Medical Reimbursement cost from the mother (non-custodial parent). My son has autism and medical cost are extrodinary, and my efforts to collect these expenses on my own were too overwhelming. With Sean representing me, our trial went swiftly and thoroughly. Without Sean, I would no doubt be fumbling around, endlessly wasting time & money that needs to be spent on my son, not a deadbeat parent. Thank you so much Sean.
He handled my divorce this year. Having never been divorced before, he went into great detail about the process, procedure, and approximate length of time until the divorce could be finalized.
His compassionate manner put me at ease as he guided me every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding Texas divorce law.
I highly recommend him to handle your divorce or any other legal issues requiring an attorney.
When he found who was representing the other party, he was useless. He had no tactics, no plan of action. It was frustrating having him as your attorney because he played dumb and immobile.
I contacted Sean Josephson in 2008 regarding my pending divorce. I was married 20 years and 4 children and this was my first divorce, so I was unexperienced at the time. Although charging me $200 for the first consultation and sending him a copy of my husband attorney's draft and waiting a week to the consultation, Mr. Josephson didn't bother to even read the draft! When I finally got to the appointment, and after briefly scrolling through the draft, Sean's response was "You are getting a good deal and I suggest you don't fight your husband and sign the divorce decree" he then added "you husband of 20 years is not obliged to keep you to the lifestyle you are used to!". I did not have a 'lifestyle', but being my first divorce I took his advice, and lost $2,500 a month in alimony, plus thousands of dollars in pensions and savings, that went to my ex!! I would not advice this attorney, he's lazy and will not take time on your case.
Mr. Josephson did a wonderful job in handling my divorce case. Would highly recommend him!
Sean did a fabulous job for me in my divorce.
